Stereotypical Server Names

I named my first server "Jeeves", the quintessential server. (OK, he was a butler, so he actually buttled, rather than served, but you get the idea.) Since then... "Hi! My name is ____ and I'll be your server tonight!"

These seem to be overwhelmingly common names for restaurant servers.
